Light Poblano Sauce (Fat-Free)

Ingredients:

• 1 bunch cilantro

• 1 lime

• Salt free seasoning (Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper)

• 1 roasted chile poblano

• 1 small packet of non-fat greek yogurt

• 1 tbsp maizena (cornstarch)

• 1 tbsp water



Directions:


1. Roast 1 chile poblano on the stove (until black) for about 10 minutes.


2. Leave the chile poblano in a bag and let it sweat for 15 minutes.


3. After 15 minutes, chop the chile poblano, cilantro and leave to the side.


4. Slice the lime in half and add juice to the blender.


5. Then add cilantro, non-fat greek yogurt to blender, chopped chile poblano, maizena, water and salt free seasoning.


6. Blend everything until well combined on high mode.
