Reese's Peanut Butter Balls (Fat-Free)

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup powedered peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup unsweet applesauce

  • 4 tbsp unsweet cocoa powder

  • 10 tbsp cold water

  • 6 truvia packets


Directions:


  1. Add powdered peanut butter, unsweet applesauce to a bow and mix well.

  2. On a separate bowl add cocoa powder and water. Mix the 2 ingredients until creamy.

  3. Then add 5 truvia packets until well combined.

  4. On a flat plate, add aluminium paper, and peanut butter balls with spoon (shape with spoon for less mess). Peanut butter balls should make about 8 medium balls.

  5. Add scoop of chocolate with a spoon to peanut butter balls. Finally refrigerate peanut balls for 10 minutes.
