Chilaquiles With Egg Whites

Ingredients:


  • 5 tbsp egg whites

  • 2 corn tortillas

  • 1/4 tsp lemon pepper (optional)


Directions:


  1. Add 5 tbsp egg whites to a pan. Warm 2 corn tortillas on the stove. Slice 2 corn tortillas into squares.

  2. Add lemon pepper seasoning to the egg whites. Add sliced corn tortillas (sliced into small squares) to the egg whites. Once the egg whites look white, start moving with spatula (to cook even).

  3. Cook for a couple of minutes and then the meal will be ready to eat.
